SCOPE:
The Church of the Barefoot Way is non-denominational. That is it does not promote, deny, or exclude any deity belief system, and is not limited to those with a deity belief system. All are welcome.
The Church of the Barefoot Way is meant to augment and not replace existing beliefs.
The Church of the Barefoot Way is dedicated to those believing that going barefoot puts one in closer spiritual contact with ones higher power and shows respect to the sacredness of the earth upon which we trod or makes one more grounded in nature.

Some members also feel that going barefoot adds an element of humility to their lives. Others just like the feel of their environment beneath their feet. No matter what your reasons are for going barefoot you are welcome to join the Church.

MEMBERSHIP:
1. There are no Sacraments or rites necessary to join.
2. To become a member of the church, one only need to declare him/her self a member, either to another or to one self.
3. No proof of membership is required, only your declaration.
4. No tithe or dues are ever required. Contributions, if any, are unsolicited.
5. Should you want to register yourself with the Church send an e-mail to the Registry, although this is not necessary for membership.
